Long awaited follow up to the amazing “Supporting Caste” release of 2009, that features twelve new songs or fifteen if you have the bonus track edition on new label Epitaph. Propagandhi continue their progression in sound as it diverges even further away from its punk rock roots and deeper into their own uniquely intricate metal sound. As expected there is some pretty amazing musicianship and song structure on here with an immediately noticeable major shredding frenzy on the track “Status Update”. As you listen more closely, you begin to notice that there is nothing simple in the way Propagandhi approach their music, lyrically it is just as complex as it appears musically. This will top a lot of people's lists for fave releases this year and rightfully so.
