Newcastle's THE HOLLOW, return with a follow up album to their self titled EP. Twelve new tracks that have moved into a more heavier direction, leaving behind any traces of the mosh aspects from their first EP. There are still strong undertones of Integrity and Rise and Fall shining through, but as a band it sounds like they have found their own sound and style and are comfortable with it. Some really intelligent song writing and multi layered use of guitar tracks on songs like "Year Zero", "The Fallout" and 'The Black Flame" really reflect the maturity of the band's development. If you like the heavier and harder stylings of hardcore, then you can't go past this.
