Documentary focuses on the Californian Orange County hardcore scene in the 1990s and features the ikes of Insted, Outspoken, Ignite, Farside, Gameface, Carry Nation, 411, A Chorus Of Disapproval and the various record labels such as New Age, Conversion, Nemesis and Revelelation. Don't expect A1 live footage or interviews with band members, this is film maker Evan Jacobs take on what he experienced in the 90s and the friends he made along the way. Though the narration and storyline get a bit wobbly at times and the whole thing ends rather abruptly, this is a really interesting watch. It features some great unseen insights into bands like Ignite, Farside, Texas Is The Reason and Gameface, which I found enlightening and entertaining at the same time. Well worth checking out.
