Debut two song 7 inch from new Melbourne band Angry Seas, made up of members from Backyard Surgeons, doing something totally different. Angry Seas blend melodic punk with their own brand of jagged riffs to create something truly unique. These songs were recorded in a rehearsal studio in Dandenong, catching the band sounding totally raw and untouched.This kind of reminds me of later era HeartFeltSelf crossed with Animal Shapes perhaps, I'm kind of at a loss to compare this to something. This has that clean noodling guitar sound and is quite catchy and wouldn't be out of place on the Poison City roster. The download comes with an extra two songs. Awesome cover pic.
