Second full length from this Adelaide band featuring members of Jungle fever, I Exist, Stolen Youth & A Secret Death. Clocking in at around 35mins this LP is quite varied with lots of bone crushing moments mixed in with 90's fuzz grunge elements whilst at the same time drawing comparisons to powerviolence bands such as Infest. With the quickest song coming in at 56 seconds and the longest at 5.31 Sex Wizard clearly don't stick to the one formula and they have produced a very diverse LP. Every song is different in some way and you can see they have put alot of work in the rehearsal studio to bring these songs together. If you liked the 1st LP or have checked this band out live at any time you will have an understanding of the sheer intensity they bring. Jiggsy's vocals hit like a sledgehammer and the drumming is a clear standout on this release. If you like anything from Infest/Slayer to Fugazi/Melvins you will dig this. - SW
