Tasmania's LUCA BRASI have announced a new string of dates, either side of their appearance at the Falls Festival. ‘The promise of endless nights tour‘ will begin in Tasmania for two shows in Hobart and Launceston, before heading to the mainland for stops in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney over December and Janurary.

Adelaide hardcore band THE WEIGHT have just released their debut album, ‘Prisoners Of The Flock’, through Clairty Records and are about to embark on a tour to promote the brand new release.

Two piece powerviolence band from Seattle, Washington Iron Lung have announced they will be returning to Australia for a run of shows in January 2013 before moving on to New Zealand. The band last toured Australia in February 2011

Adelaide’s SXWZD (Sex Wizard) have just released their second album, ‘Grey Matter/White Matter’, and are about to embark on a small run of shows to showcase the new material. Tour kicks off this Thursday in Brisbane.

To support the release of "Lady Wisdom" Endless Heights will return to the road in December with new Broken Hive Records artist Civil War, in a tour that will see them headline their biggest shows to date and return to places they have visited in the last year with bands like Basement, The Swellers and Hopeless.

Musical trends come and go, but the bands who stick around are the ones who eschew whatever’s popular in favor of playing the music that’s in their hearts—and Pennsylvania’s Title Fight are a perfect example of this. Having toured in 2011, Title Fight return to Australian shores in March 2013 with Tasmania’s Luca Brasi joining them on all the dates.

Already revealed to be representing the folk punk genre on the epic 2013 Byron Bay Bluesfest lineup, Dropkick Murphys and Frank Turner And The Sleeping Souls will team up and take to the road next March/April, bringing with them Californian punks, Swingin’ Utters.
