The case that began with the infamous brawl between Harley Flanagan and members of the current Cro Mags lineup at the CBGBs festival over the summer has been dismissed. Harley was accused of stabbing current Cro Mags bassplayer Mike Couls (formerly of Sworn Enemy), while Harley claims the band had security beat him up.

The premise is pretty simple: we invited our close (and stupidly talented) friends Andy Johnson and Mick Thomas along to our “Sunshine & Technology” album launch at the Tote back in August and asked them to film the whole thing. That entire night was a pretty special one for all of us.
