The fifth release from supergroup OFF! Band features the legendary Keith Morris (Black Flag / Circle Jerks) on vocals, along with former Team Alva pro skater and Rocket From The Crypt drummer Mario Rubalcaba. If you’ve never heard OFF!, imagine a modern day era band replicating the sound of Black Flag’s Nervous Breakdown EP. While their past 7 inch releases have been 4 songs long, this one only contains two and I always feel cheated buying a 2 song 7 inch. The two songs featured on here are both covers, first by Blues/Soul artist Eugene McDaniels and second by an obscure punk band called ID. If you didn’t know this information you’d probably never even pick up on it as lyrically and musically they fit in very nicely with OFF!’s past releases. OFF! are touring later in the year too.
