Five years since the release of "The Most" comes the follow up full length, featuring 12 new songs. Nothing has really changed with the sound and approach. This is still fast and melodic, straight up hardcore executed perfectly, that grabs you from the first listen. I guess this is a lyrical tribute album to the band's hometown, as it seems like half the songs are about the James river, Richmond VA and there is even a shout out to local heroes Avail. Produced by Terror's Nick Jett, this is a top notch recording and perhaps the band's finest output to date. Sometimes a little too predictable in patches, Down To Nothing don't like to overcomplicate things and this only adds to their accessability.
