Off the back of a cracking demo comes the debut 6 song 7inch release for Black Coffee. This band is basically an amalgamation of the Faux Hawks / Hard Luck split 7inch with the drummer James and singer Dan of the Faux Hawks combined with Hard Luck singer Murph on guitar and Alex on bass. This is fast, frantic and pissed off hardcore that were it not for the odd guitar lead I'd almost be tempted to tag it as powerviolence crossover, does such a term exist? Well it does now. In reality this band to me sounds like sped up mix of the two aforementioned bands, so if you were a fan of either of those, you'll definitely dig this.
