New track "NBTSA" is taken from Joyce Manor's contribution to the 2017 Polyvinyl 4-Track Singles Series.

The Polyvinyl 4-Track Singles Series sends a Tascam 4-track cassette recorder to the first artist, they record two songs to tape, then mail the recorder to the next artist to do the same.
