On Friday evening Poison Idea posted a run of Australian and New Zealand dates for February 2014 on their facebook page that sent fans of the band into an excited frenzy. The post has since been removed, but a new one appears still confirming that the tour is locked in for next year.

The latest update reads...

"Aussie dates are still a go. The post was a bit premature, and all dates are still being worked out. See you in February"

Not sure what the touring lineup will be as Pig Champion passed away in 2006 and Thee Slayer Hippy is currently in gaol after a string of pharmacy robberies.

The band has never toured the country before, although singer Jerry A did play some shows with the Hard Ons in 1993 that included a run of Big Day Out shows.
