TA6

Who would've thought we could make it to year number 6?! Total Attack is back again for another insane weekend long rager filled with a huge variety of Australian and International D.I.Y. Hardcore punk, rock'n'roll, metal and anything else loosely affiliated.

After last year's raging success as a fundraiser event (donating in excess of $6000 to the ASRC), we will be keeping it as the tradition of Total Attack from now on.

This year we will still be donating to the ever-dedicated and life changing Asylum Seeker Resource Center down in Melbourne (http://www.asrc.org.au/) if you're not aware of what the ASRC actually do, it's very much encouraged that you spend some time reading the information on their website, the sort of money we're able to donate really goes a long long way for people doing it rough.

Once again let's come together for an awesome weekend to show that when a collective put's their minds to it and gets away for a weekend of fun, we can still make a difference to lives who aren't as well off as ours.

As far as the festival goes it will be held across the 6th to the 8th of May with the main shows being held at the Greenslopes Bowl's Club (www.clubgreenslopes.com/) this is a very community orientated club so please respect it and the people working there.

Greenslopes Bowl's Club is a licensed premises (this means no B.Y.O. Sorry!) however persons under the age of 18 are permitted with an adult guardian. We are working on a wrist banding system but we don't know just yet, there's a lot of red tape with these sorts of things.

The club is very easily accessible from the city via Bus, Car, Uber, Taxi, Bike or whatever.
Any bus route to the Greenslopes Bus Way will put you within a five minute walk to the venue.

We have secured TWO international bands for this years Total Attack – coming all the way from Singapore LUBRICANT will be touring the country doing most of the east coast in April before TA and rounding off with Canberra and Adelaide in May thanks to LOST IN FOG and NGM RECORDS.

New Zealand's heavy crust maniacs ROGERNOMIX will be returning to do a proper tour of Australia after coming over for SUCH IS LIFE a few years ago but only playing a few shows, they will be touring around with Melbourne HC punk freaks TACTICAL ATTACK coming out of TA.

Here's the full list of confirmed bands playing across the weekend, we've tried to mix things a bit more once again from last year – we have tried to keep to our “no interstate re-offenders” policy but a few slipped through the cracks and landed on the festival.
