Tripwire is a melodic punk and hardcore band from Sydney, Australia. Born from an idea in 2024 after plenty of setbacks, bullshit, and the general chaos of life, the band have finally released their 7-track demo tape, out now through Burning Hammer Records.

Formed by members of No Love Lost, Beerwolf and 10 Paces, Tripwire was shaped by the alternative scene and skateboarding culture of the 90’s. The band draws inspiration from punk, grunge, and hardcore, in an attempt to bring all those elements together into something cohesive.
