Fortunately or unfortunately the first band I ever saw as a 14 year-old kid was Neglect. Having never seen a hardcore band prior, I’m a young kid stepping into a dark nightclub with the stench of sweat, blood, vomit, piss, shit and cigarettes in the air surrounded by a bunch of Neanderthals pummeling one another. Welcome to the Roxy of Huntington Village.

The lead singer is cutting himself and bleeding all over not just him but others whilst the rest of the band is just stop and go. Slow at times, but also angry and vicious. Almost morbid. 

This is a big one for me / us and happy to say Wreck-Age, and DAZE have teamed up to re-release “Pull the Plug” by 90’s Long Island Hardcore legends, NEGLECT.

The audio has been re-mastered by Mario Quintero (of Spotlights) and available across all streaming platforms and available on limited edition vinyl variants.
