Jack "Choke" Kelly, best known for fronting Slapshot/Negative FX, apologises to the city of New York, Victims of 9/11, and the Hardcore Community over some things he said and penned in song lyrics over the past 15 years. It seems Choke didn't get the memo that the Boston VS New York beef had subdued of late.
