Reckless Release have dropped the debut release for Canberra band NEGATIVE MENTAL STATE titled "early Morning Demo".

Featuring members of Slave Birth, Thantu Thikha, and Bozo.

If this ain’t Canberras negative hardcore I don’t know what is! Mfs over there are built different. They play in better bands than you, they mosh harder you and even though I debated Mrats “Canberra is the greatest city in the world” claims, this demo has tipped me over the edge into believing him. I first listened to these tracks on a 40 minute drive and due to the fact I value my safety behind the wheel I did not touch my phone for the whole drive. This resulted in me listening the demo around 20 times. I think the fact that I can still happily listen to it after that means it’s pretty fucking good! It’s Negative Hardcore and it’s from Canberra, how can it not.
