TOTAL WRECK a new band out of the Sunshine Coast area have released their demo that is available to buy on tape.

The band features members of the Faux Hawks, Hurt Unit, Black Coffee and more.

"The thing they never tell you about the Sunshine Coast is that eventually all the sun fries people’s brains. Behind the sunny disposition, the sandy beaches, the cafes, the rot is real. The parallels to Southern California and its surf and skate culture don’t stop there.

Total Wreck harness 80s hardcore: the racing drums, riffs that have cracked from being in the sun too long, and desperate machine-gun vocals sounding the alarm. There’s no tough-guy posturing here. No breakdowns to be heard. Too long has such posturing claimed the title ‘hardcore’
