Aussie built for purpose Rock & Roll Band, CURLS have put together 4 anthems for the greatest gathering on earth of women playing football.

The band is fronted by former Proton Energy Pills / Tumbleweed singer Dave Curley, who is a football fanatic.

An absolutely unofficial, fan generated alternative anthem set for the gathering of lots of very good female footballers in Australia and New Zealand mid 2023.
This little four track venture in the mould of The Celibate Rifles, Radio Birdman etc is dedicated in part to Damien Lovelock, the only guy that could make soccer cool to rock people.

As a small part of the Aussie welcoming party we welcome you with a great Australian tradition, Pub Rock. We love rock and roll, we love football too. We love to support, celebrate and rejoice in women playing football.

What better way then, to embrace the biggest single sports tournament our country has ever seen than with some serious, pedal to the metal rock and roll. May it celebrate women playing football with guts, passion and flair?
