Coming off a landmark year with the release of their EP, Unpleasant Living, today Baltimore hardcore band End It shares new single “Familia Finito.” The track wastes no time diving into the band’s bouncy thrash style and a charismatic vocal delivery from Akil Godsey. The video for the song, directed by Kenny Savercool, takes a comedic spin on the heydays of late night TV, mocking clips like Miss Cleo’s Psychic Readers Network, Girls Gone Wild, and more. End It will hit the road this month with The Chisel and Buried Dreams, and you can find the band’s full list of tour dates below.
On the song, Akil states: “For everything there is a season so, ‘Familia Finito’ is about not letting traditions guide our tomorrows.”
“Familia Finito” serves as the third single shared from Flatspot Records upcoming compilation, The Extermination Vol. 4, set for release on January 27th. Things kicked off with Australian hardcore band Speed’s thumping single and video “One Blood We Bleed”, and were followed by Chicago’s Buggin anthemic “Attitude.” The compilation is rounded out by track contributions from Jivebomb, Section H8, Law Of Power, The Chisel, Spy, Raw Brigade, Mutually Assured Destruction, and Choice To Make. Started in 2012, The Extermination series has previously featured early tracks from notable artists such as Turnstile, Terror, Power Trip, Cruel Hand, and King Nine across its first three volumes.
