In 2010, Melbourne’s Backyard Surgeons decided that with no money, no label and no help they wanted to go on a road trip tour through post-communist China and South-East Asia. Why not hey? This resulted in 31 days, 18 shows, 14 cities and 4 countries. They walked, they ran, they drank, they fell, they fought, they swore, they laughed, they sang, they dreamt, they reflected, they learnt. They had the time of their lives. What started out as a DIY touring holiday became much more as a camera was on hand for the journey. No managers, no money, no limits, no regrets. ‘No Anaesthetic.
Running time is approx 64min
Much like the tour, this DVD is DIY as hell. Stencilled covers - all different colours and a burnt DVD. All for $5.00 postage paid for Australia and $4 postage to anywhere around the world.
