INFINITE VOID - NEW TRACK & PREORDERS!

Today we're excited to be streaming the first taste of INFINITE VOID's forthcoming 'S/t' album! You can hear the track 'Pay For What It's Worth' now by heading to Poison City's bandcamp page http://poisoncityrecords.bandcamp.com

Preorders for the 12" vinyl and CD versions are also up now via Poison City E-Store http://poisoncityrecords.com/estore

Forming in 2010 from past and present members of The Diamond Sea, Schifosi, Deep Heat and Circuits, INFINITE VOID play a gritty and melodic tangle of dark, edgy punk (Joy Division, Wipers), Australian garage and 90's indie rock (Sonic Youth, Sleater-Kinney) driven by infectious, predominately girl vocals. Their debut full-length album was recorded and mixed by Steven Smith at Crosstown Studios and is set for release on April 28th via Poison City Records.

"Insanely catchy and buzzy punk rock that traces it's sound back to Minneapolis of the mid Eighties and Olympia of the Nineties. But from the driving 'Pay For What's It's Worth' to Jacquie and Alicia's dual harmony attack of 'Give Up' the sound of Infinite Void is still definitely Melbourne of 2012 and it's raging! Tim Scott - Mess + Noise, Three Thousand, Teenage Hate RRR FM

"How do you freaks walk that margin between pop, effectively chorus-pedaled gloom-punk, danceable new wave, well-placed-harmony-vocals and arpeggiated, intricate guitar work without falling into that  noodley-to-the-point-it-looses-urgency vibe? Don't know how youse do it. But, well fucking done. Infinite Punx are the absolute George (Best)!" - Mike Mckee (Amateur Party, Armalite)
