Hot Water Music have revealed the artwork for their Rise Records debut release to be titled, "Exister". This time around, the band has enlisted Richard "HORSEBITES" Minino for the cover art. Which comes as a surprise given the band's long association with artist Scott Sinclair. The album is due out May 15, and will be their first in eight years following up 2004's "The New What Next".
