Classics Of Love featuring Jesse Michaels of Op Ivy have released a new five song EP.

The original line up of Classics of Love was Jesse Michaels plus Mike Huguenor, Max Feshbach and Morgan Herrell from the band HARD GIRLS. That went for a few years with some releases on Asian Man and then disbanded amicably in 2012.

Recently, a new project developed and The Hard Girls boys gave Jesse the OK to keep using the name. This new line up is Jesse on vocs and principle song writing, Sharif Dumani (Alice Bag, Exploding flowers, ETC) on guitar and bass and Peter John Fontes (Los Nauticals, Surf Fronts) on drums.

These songs were recorded in LA at ABC practice pad on a Tascam 1" MS16 by Sharif. We wrote and recorded these songs over a couple of months in the surreal world of Corona lockdown but none of the songs are topical, they are just about how the world is garbage in general.
