Mental Cavity has released a video for the track "I Am Death" taken from their debut full length 'Aneurysm' released last year through EVP recordings.

MENTAL CAVITY is a thundering four piece that is getting straight to the point. Risen from the slumber of Canberra’s reigning hardcore punk / sludge metal legends I Exist, Mental Cavity hits with far more nuance, grime, and brutality than its predecessor.

Described by TheMusic.com.au as "akin to Remission-era Mastodon jamming on Slayer and Entombed covers with Matt Pike, before rehearsal finishes and everyone parties while blasting the Eyehategod catalogue,” the band’s debut full-length 'Aneurysm' was released via EVP Recordings in October 2017.

Mental Cavity has since gone on to perform with such Aussie legends as Blood Duster, Frenzal Rhomb, and Abramelin, and will take to the skies to bring their swag of riffs to Japan this May/June thanks to Fortitude Artist Services. To celebrate the announcement of their maiden overseas voyage, the band has released a killer clip for the rifftastic ‘I Am Death’.
