USbombs

The US Bombs are back and Slope Records is proud to release their first new material in many a punk rock moon. Recorded in Phoenix just in October, longtime fans will pick up quickly on the vibe the Master of Disaster is laying down.

It’s no secret that The Clash were a huge influence on the US Bombs and Joe Strummer’s death in 2002 left a permanent void in the hearts of Clash and Bombs fans alike.

With two ripping renditions of Clash standards “Straight To Hell” and “Death Or Glory,” the Bombs pay tribute to one of the bands that started it all. What better way to celebrate the re-birth of the Bombs than by visiting the roots.
