Pioneering Australian punk band THE VICTIMS, have released a new recording of an old track, penned about the recently deceased Charles Manson, titled "Charlie".

The current lineup features original members Dave Faulkner (Hoodoo Gurus) & James Baker (Beasts Of Bourbon, The Scientists) with Ray Ahn (The Hard Ons).

From Dave....

James, Ray and I have been doing some recording of some old Victims songs. We're probably gonna release some of them on vinyl 7" singles though we haven't discussed it with anybody yet.

We decided to make 'Charlie' available for free now (on YouTube) because Manson died the day before we mixed it and it seemed like a good idea to give him a kick in the pants as he made his long-overdue exit.
