And winning the favourite Bridge Nine Records poll is none other than TERROR in a close race from both Champion and No Warning who finished equal on second. Some may argue that Terror aren't really a Bridge Nine band as only their debut EP was released through the label.
Terror's "Lowest Of The Low" (B9R034) was released on Jan 28th, 2003 and stands as one of the most influential records from the past decade.
The lineup on this classic record was:
Scott Vogel - Buried Alive, Despair, Slugfest, S.O.S
Nick Jett - Carry On, Piece By Piece, S.O.S, Snake Eyes, Donnybrook
Todd Jones - Carry On, Betrayed, Nails, Internal Affairs, Snake Eyes, Blacklisted
Doug Weber - First Blood.
Rich Thurston - Culture, Blood Has Been Shed, Still Crossed, On Bodies
Terror toured Australia on the release of this record in 2003. By then, both Todd Jones and Rich Thurston had left the band, with the lineup pictured above of Frank Novinec (Ringworm, Integrity, Hatebreed, Pitboss 2000) and Carl Schwartz (First Blood) joining on guitar and bass respectively.
Terror's next record, "One With The Underdogs" was released on Trustkill with Bridge 9 handling the vinyl. Trustkill also repressed "Lowest Of The Low" with the bonus tracks from the Ringworm split as well as a full live set from Tokyo full of classic Vogelisms..
