Five years ago when Rest Assured first started, we profiled a band from the Canberra region named SNAKEPIT who had just released a killer demo.

Fast forward to the present day and after numerous lineup changes and the addition of a new singer, SNAKEPIT have released their debut 5 song EP titled "Losing Grip" for free download.

The EP was recorded recorded and mixed by Clayton Segelov and Fletcher Matthews at The Brain Studios, in Sydney. and then mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music, New York.

You can stream the first track off the EP titled "Hold What's Close" featuring guest vocals from John Floreani of Trophy Eyes.

Expect some launch shows from the band in Sydney and Canberra soon and a 7" version of the EP in the distant future.
