More sad news today to learn of the passing of acclaimed frontman Jon Bunch. Having one of the most unique and soothing voices around, Jon has constantly fronted a plethora of bands over the past 3 decades.

Jon fronted the awesome REASON TO BELIEVE that amalgamated into the acclaimed SENSEFIELD. From there he joined FURTHER SEEMS FOREVER as their third singer and later formed WAR GENERATION. Recently he was fronting the band LUCKY SCARS.

A statement was released on Jon's Facebook page which reads: “With broken hearts and so much difficulty, we write these words to all of you who love Jon. He is no longer with us now. We think his life here ended early morning, Feb. 1, 2016, but it is uncertain at this time. Our love, his family.”

Tributes have been pouring in from all corners.

From Sensefield...

"I just found out Jon Bunch died. I can't believe it. Hurts so bad, I can't breath. Why? what happened? My friend, my brother, I'm so fucking sad right now! Just gotta listen to him sing."

He left a huge imprint in the music scene from "Reason to Believe” to “Sense Field", and we were lucky enough to make a beautiful record with him. It is a legacy of hope and one that will never fade. We truly lost a special person."

Jon put his heart into everything and everyone he interacted with. He had such an amazing presence. Just hearing him say your name would put a smile on your face. He was the most genuine person you could ever have the pleasure of knowing. He was a friend to all, and the loss of Jon Bunch is a loss for humanity as a whole. Our condolences to the Bunch family and all others feeling the emptiness of a world without Jon Bunch. He was the best."
