Canadian punk band Propagandhi visited the Sea Shepherd ships at the Southern Operations Base in Williamstown while on tour in Australia.
From Sea Shepherd...
"Known for their outspoken support for social justice, animal liberation and environmental protection, it was great to have such a politically aware band support Sea Shepherd's work in defence of oceans worldwide."
From Propagandhi...
"We were really happy and inspired to have Sea Shepherd Australia take us on board the ship, Bob Barker, last month. They made a little video of our visit and did an interview with Jord. It was awesome to meet the crew of the ship and get a tiny feel for what they do. Even though we humans seem to be getting lost in a sea of pollution and garbage it's great to see some people doing amazing things to save animals and the environment. Sea Shepherd Toronto will also be joining us on 4 of the Canadian dates on our upcoming tour so check out their table if you come down to a show. P.S. If you happen to be wondering why Chris isn't in the video it's because he had to fix his amp for the show that night. It's unfortunate but we'll get him on board next time!"
