THE GIFTHORSE ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM VIA POISON CITY
Brisbane's punk-rock powerhouse, The Gifthorse are officially back in action with a brand new album due out Aug 22 via Poison City. Titled 'Give My Body To This Town', the new record was tracked and mixed at The Shed Studio (Violent Soho, Screamfeeder) with Mark Perry and mastered by Alan Douches at WWSM, NY.

Having disbanded in 2010, The Gifthorse reunited on several occasions before officially announcing their reformation at last year's Poison City Ten Year Anniversary Shows, also coinciding with the release of their 'Collection' LP (Poison City).

'Give My Body To This Town' takes up right where their cult classic 2009 EP 'From The Floor Up' left off; an infectious blast of 90's influenced skate-rock, huge droning guitar melodies and the unmistakable every-man lyrics of charismatic frontman, Shane Collins.
