'Kings of Punk' Poison Idea will finally grace Australian shores in May 2014 with a string of shows up the East Coast. Get ready to witness Punk rock royalty!

Forming in Portland, Oregon in 1980 Poison Idea has had a huge impact on the hardcore punk sound releasing seminal albums "Feel the Darkness(1990)" "Blank, Blackout, Vacant(1992)" "We must Burn"[1993] and their last album in 2006,"Latest will and Testament". The more raw sounding earlier releases like "Pick Your King(1983)" "Kings of Punk(1986)" "War all the Time (1987)" and other releases in their extensive catalogue still stands the test of time in any hardcore collection.

The current Poison Idea features the legendary Jerry A (as always) on vocals with a solid line up of old and new members.

An extra show for Melbourne has been announced for Tuesday May 20 at the Old Bar. Tickets $20 on the door. Doors at 7pm
