Damage Zone are the latest band to emerge from the 'New Wave of Sydney Thrash'. Taking their name and much inspiration from Sydney legends Massappeal, Damage Zone are equal parts thrash, power violence and punk rock.

Damage Zone began life as with as side project for a number of Sydney's long term contributors to the Punk / Hardcore / Thrash scene (Subversion, Disintegrator, Hostile Objects, Michael Crafter etc.).

Their initial output is a 7 song 'Cold Dead Hands' EP, being released on Inner City Uprising Records in March 2014. Raging from start to finish, the EP mixes sounds of the aforementioned Masspappeal and other former greats like Citizens Arrest. With socio-political lyrical content finished off with killer art work by the legendary Jimmy Fatal and Ben Brown.

The release of the 'Cold Dead Hands' EP will see Damage Zone leave the studio for the first time for a not-to-be-missed launch show.
