Melbourne will be home to the inaugural THE STORM mini-fest this March. The dark clouds are rumbling and ten of the best bands in local and international hardcore will get together to appease the great ones in the great pit in the sky.

Headlining the event will be the legendary DOWN TO NOTHING, hailing from Richmond, Virginia, the band has a strong catalogue of releases behind them and their straight edge party times have continued on the new album, last year's epic "Life On The James."

Joining them will be fellow US heavyweights PIECE BY PIECE. With a new 7" of rifftastic hits, this all-star band are back in action and sure to turn some heads as they play Australia for the first time.

RELENTLESS have spent 2013 and 2014 touring the world, they will make a rare appearance on home soil and are a well-oiled machine not to be missed. Melbourne's own WARBRAIN will get the pit moving with cuts from their latest album "Void Of Confusion" and represent the home town team. STARVATION is a hurricane of fury right out of Adelaide, 10 bucks says they are your new favourite band after you watch them play.

Life.Lair.Regret Records are releasing a killer new split 7" from Melbourne's FROZEN OVER and Sydney's MOOD SWING, The Storm will be the launch show for the release and both bands will step up and show why they are tipped as the future of Australian hardcore.

Rounding out this massive bill will be the doom laden COLOSSUS, the incredibly possessed MACHINA GENOVA and posi upstarts PROCLAIM.
