Metallica have released a live downloadable bootleg of their Sydney Soundwave show from February 24th of this year.

If you're thinking that is a nice gesture from the band, then guess again as they are charging $9.95 for an MP3 download of the whole set or 99c for individual songs.

Apparently they didn't make enough money from headlining Soundwave and selling a bucketload of merch.
