The case that began with the infamous brawl between Harley Flanagan and members of the current Cro Mags lineup at the CBGBs festival over the summer has been dismissed. Harley was accused of stabbing current Cro Mags bassplayer Mike Couls (formerly of Sworn Enemy), while Harley claims the band had security beat him up.

Over the past 6 months, Flanagan has appeared before the court on three separate occasions facing four second degree felony assault charges and weapons possession, each resulting in an adjournment. No official reason as of yet has been given for the case being dismissed, though in the video below Harley hints at conflicting witness accounts, including that of John Joseph as to why.
