Street Dogs have released a new video, for the song "GOP." The song was originally written and recorded as "GLC" by Menace back in 1978, and has been "modernized" by the band with new lyrics. "GOP" will be released on a 7-inch by Pirate's Press Records on Election Day, November 6, 2012.

"We recorded this song earlier this spring, and our friends at PIRATES PRESS RECORDS made us 20,000 FLEXI-POSTCARDS to help get it out to the masses! ...Well maybe not the masses, but a select crop of people we feel needed to hear this song. Namely, people who have been attending GOP rallies and other important political events leading up to the election.

The Pirates are also releasing this as a normal 7" single to have in stores and for us to have at our gigs, but this is our way of dropping this song HARD, and in the faces of those who stand against progress!

We'll be posting a link to the photo gallery very soon so you can see all the great ideas people have come up with to hand these out!

All of the amazing people who are volunteering will get one of these limited-edition silkscreened posters too.
