Samiam have a new record due out on September 6th titled “Trips”. This new album will feature 13 new songs and will be released by Hopeless Records. The album will be the 8th studio effort from Samiam and was recorded in Green Day’s studio, “Jingletown” and promises to offer loyal fans a lot more than their 2006 effort “Whatever’s Got You Down” did.

We’re extremely proud to announce the forthcoming Australia/ NZ vinyl release of SAMIAM‘s brand new studio album ‘Trips’. Produced and recorded on two-inch tape by Chris Dugan (Green Day, U2, Iggy Pop) at Green Day’s personal studio Jingletown in San Francisco, CA and mixed by Alex Newport (At The Drive-In, Deathcab For Cutie, Knapsack) in New York City, ‘Trips’ is the first SAMIAM album in over 5 years.
